An achiever is a former refugee who has attained great success and now seeks to share their knowledge and experience with others.
Before a dreamer is accepted into the program, we'll invite them for a 15-minute interview. This interview aims to better understand their motivations, skills, and interests.
The next step is the online bootcamp, where dreamers will engage in a series of carefully crafted lessons led by our accomplished achievers.
Upon completing the bootcamp, dreamers will be matched with one of our esteemed achievers. Over the next few months, they will have the opportunity to participate in individual sessions with their inspiring achiever(s) to receive invaluable guidance and support.
